SpamAssassin mirror sites were not available at that time. You have to try again for some more times until it successfully downloaded rule files.

The SQL user passwords were generated randomly during iRedMail installation, each one has 32 characters mixed with digit numbers and upper/lower letters. Unfortunately we don't have a procedure to update them regularly.

Is it possible to write "And" filter in Sieve rules? Like checking a particular string (abc) on subject field "AND" checking a string (xyz) on body of the email? I was reviewing the sieve rules document but could not find any thing related to AND conditions. I can only see the sieve rules where it checks only one condition. If it is not possible with sieve rules, do you have any recommendations?

I have installed iRedMail and it works when receiving emails.
When sending emails I get ” Access denied for user 'amavisd'@'localhost' (using password: YES)”.
Would it be possible to do something about that or shall I reinstall Everything?

I encountered a problem about SMTP over TLS/SSL. it seems the problem has solved now but that was so strange for me. Because I tried with 465 and 587 in all modes (TLS/ SSL/ Auto ) separately but outlook show error:
"The mail server does not support encryption type ...."
also I have seen some time it showed "Contact ISP or network Administrator"
Also POP3 using SSL in 995 works fine each time in outlook test while adding the account.
I tried with different Internet line, but no success. also I have tried many times but each time I got those notification.
Restarting Service doesn't helpful. After completely restart server, I can continue with 587 in TLS Mode and finish adding the account.
I have use free version, I was wondering that let me know if any difference is here between Business and Free in source code. Also I would appreciated if any help is existed here about whats the cause of these incident. Could it be considered both Internet lines were faulty? (Or something else)
it is clean install without any config edit with latest update from centos Official repository.
I use outlook 2013. Just remove old account and then suddenly suffer that.

I have already open and add LDAP address book of iredmail thanks to https://docs.iredmail.org/use.openldap. … tlook.html
it done, But seems it doesn't pull all contacts to the "contact" folder (neather global, nor personal).
in fact seems this show only the contact of account owner when using search button and add something for search. (search for other contact doesn't show anything). I also play with Ctrl+Shift+B for re-arrange the order of contact list, even remove and newly add account and address list no luck. but I can see global just in roundcube.
at this way client can not have access to gloabal address list, any solution here for iredmail openldap? I use outlook 2013.
Also if I don't want to use EAS or Sogo, is there any robust solution for import in outlook? (Except manual import card)
can IMAP do this job (Download Address book) instead of pop3 in iredmail? (I just need to have global address book but in outlook). I think it can be important to have for many others too.

You make a valid point. rsync is a nice way to do that. I decided to use tar in order to keep multiple copies of the backup in case one gets corrupted, deleted, infected, etc. I wrote a script as such for reference and for others to use and stored it in /var/vmail/backup/backup_mailboxes.sh. It deletes any files older than 10 days in the target directory:
cd /var
mount path/to/our/SAN /mnt
tar -zcvf vmail-backup${TIMESTAMP}.tar.gz /var/vmail/
mv /var/vmail/vmail-backup${TIMESTAMP}.tar.gz /mnt/SAN/mailboxes
find /mnt/SAN/mailboxes/ -mindepth 1 -mtime +10 -delete
echo "Mailbox backup script was run. Please check SAN/mailboxes/ directory to see that the latest 10 days of mailboxes are there." | mail -s "iRedMail Mailbox Backup Script Was Run" it@mycompany.comThen I added it to the daily cron job using:

Something vent wrong with the inital install iRedMail and the password for MySQL got lost somehow.
So when the installation came to the part to setup the databases it asked for the password and I didn't know it so I got a failed login to MySQL and therefore no databases were setup.
I tried running the setup script again and the it just skipped the part for setting up databases and unfourtunately it overwrote the original log and all got gotnow is this:
