Some of my client can't send emails from their homes. They use standard mail clients like outlook or Thunderbird. They are logged in and use TLS.
The use public internet providers so their IP are dynamic.
They can download emails with no problems (IMAP).
But when they want to send the email they receive Error 5.7.1 client blocked using b.barracudacentral.org like on screenshot attached. When they change the location (eg. they go to the office) it all works fine.
When I turn off the iRadAPD it works but obviously I receive tons of spam.
Shouldn't be logged in client allowed to send the email even when he/she happened to have blacklisted IP?
How to allow them to work without compromising server security?
