Can't connect to email using Thunderbird

- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 1.1 PGSQL edition
- Deployed with iRedMail Easy or the downloadable installer?
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): PGSQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.

I can't seem to log into my email using Thunderbird, RoundCube works fine but as soon as I try to log into my email using Thunderbird I get the following error: "Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password."

My thunderbird settings are:
Hostname: my server hostname
IMAP: Port: 993 SSL: SSL/TLS Authentication: normal password
SMTP: Port: 587 SSL: STARTTLS Authentication: normal password

I checked the following logs but they are all empty apart from imap.log which has logs from me logging in on RoundCube:
/var/log/mail.log
/var/log/dovecot/dovecot.log
/var/log/dovecot/imap.log

Any idea what could be causing it?
