There's a cron job script shipped in iRedAdmin-Pro: tools/cleanup_amavisd_db.py, you can use it to delete older records. Please just open this file and read the top lines for basic usage.

I solved the sending problem by putting my ISP's smtp to relayhost in main.cf but I still can't receive emails externally. My ISP has a POP server for incoming mails. Where do I set this in iredmail?
