DKIM signing/verification is provided by Amavisd. If DKIM signing is required, buy more memory for your server.

As far as i know, Postfix doesn't write 'Deliver-To:' in mail header, maybe you need to achieve this with Sieve script.Reference: http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5293
