I do not see the log, ".dovecot.lda-dupes".Other than the log I poster a few posts up, the Sieve.log has nothing in it related to the testing email.

Greylisting should be fine with default iRedMail settings, authenticated mail user won't be greylisted. Still no idea why it occurs on your server.Did you modify/update Cluebringer SQL database manually?
