SMTP login is done by Postfix, although it uses Dovecot as SASL AUTH server.
I have no idea how to log this right now.

No errors in postfix.
I was expecting the html code I added in the " Footer text (HTML format)" box to show in the email sent to members just the same way as the text I added in the "Footer text (plain text format)" that does show fine.
Why would post fix reject or error for things in the body of the message?

The program used to insert disclaimer text/html may fail for some reason, that's why we need to check log.
Could you please try to send a new testing email and check /var/log/maillog?

No errors found inthe maillog.
all members did receive the email OK with all other text and body content but no HTML footer.
I try adding both, text footer and html footer, the text only is there but no html.
