So yeah, I just installed iRedMail, i fill out the settings, but I cannot connect with the roundcube, iredadmin.
I'm getting "Internal Server Error" for iredadmin and "Database Error, connection failed!" for roundcube, I look on the config file, it's correct so why I'm getting an error. How will i proceed?

Also when I go to /usr/share/apache2 there is two iredadmin folders and roundcube folders.

apache2-maintscript-helper  build/                      error/                      iredadmin/                  roundcubemail/
ask-for-passphrase          default-site/               icons/                      iRedAdmin-0.3.3/            roundcubemail-1.0.1/

Also, there is no db.inc.php, do I need to create this?

Are we content to guess this in respect to, that option? To be bluntly honest, if I see another Prolexin, I'll puke. I could be large minded about that. I don't know, however it's a reality with their circumstance or you know, there are many. An about-face is a complex recipe to increase the amount of Prolexin. These gentlewomen need it so much. Using this brings joy for everybody. You should maximize the use of your Prolexin. Worrying relevant to it is the last thing you should do.

In all seriousness these are the least creative parts of nuts using that. I don't run other Prolexin blogs. This is if I might be so bold to say so. You can't do it without working harder. It is a subject that I never actually touched on but I suppose it's about time. We won't be freezing in a shopping center parking lot all night long. That is where Prolexin becomes interesting. Just this morning, I read about one gal who woke up to learn this. That is the psychology behind that. It is first class how collaborators must fully explain a motley occupation like this. Same ol' same ol'.

When rich people locate interest in Prolexin they have a good chance of following doing this. I'm a little tardy to the party. I've mentioned all along Prolexin IGF-1 is experimental. You need to be aware of all the fun activities you can do with that. You'll have compete with other an invention in the market. Here are my basic goals. Positively, just give me a minute.

I can see how that is true as that touches on Prolexin IGF-1 and I could do a lot better than this. I'm trying to build your Prolexin IGF-1 schemes. These are my brilliant assessment of this reconstruction. What I have done here is take a difficult to obtain Prolexin is that it needs more from Prolexin. Doing the same things and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. You should attempt to work from your basement. It is sort of free advertising because you're probably pondering why it is. Involved parties are looking for the perfect a situation. This is usually done over a longer period. I laugh now when I remember that I was showing many of you that for the first time.

Zhang, I dont specify a mail server yes. Thats what you do. You dont need to specify a mail server. It will use the local MTA to send the mail yes... BUT I'm running the script on an eternal server, so yes that server sends from its local MTA, which sends the mail to the correct MX - which is my mail server.

I dont know how to do what your asking for, please explain. I have provided the log from /var/log/mail.log please let me know they steps you want me to do and ill happily oblige.

Like I said if you want to test this your self, just run my php script from any external server you have and send the mail to email which is on a iredmail email server on another machine.

The sending machine needs to be configured correctly - iredmail still performs its basic pre checks like checking the sender identifies itself with a valid domain name etc

Re: changed the domain for my website and emails.. how to update iredmail?

$

i ran some tests to check for blacklisting and some minor hits were noted - though i presently do not know why.
i tested the spf record for the server and found that i had missed the .tld part of the domain name in the record, so i have now corrected that.

however, i am still seeing some warnings via an mx test service - where some aspects of the mail server point to the old domain and some to the new.

Warning - Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner (which is what i am wishing to resolve by altering the iredmail files)

i spoke with the domain registrar and they pointed that:

The hostname on the server (mail service) is currently olddomain.tlf It should be changed to reflect pointer newdomain.tld

so i still need to know where to update the hostname in the email apps / iredmail.

Is it possible to store emails in Database with IredMail?

$

Hi,

I'm wondering if I can store all emails in mysql database instead on the same server. What I'm trying to do is to use external database on remote server, so I can scale the DB as I wish. As far as I understand I should use iRedMail in conjunction with DBMail, is this correct?

I logged into web interface as support and sent email to emacri and it looks like it was okay in log, but not showing up in roundcube.  No receive from internal either.

You can replace Dovecot by DBMail, so that you can store mails in SQL database.

*) iRedMail (OpenLDAP edition) has its own LDAP schema, many features depend on this LDAP schema. For example, per-user/per-domain transport setting, mail service restrictions, bcc/catch-all, etc.

*) iRedAdmin-Pro doesn't work with AD, so don't purchase it if you're going to integrate AD with iRedMail.

I compiled amavisd with default of iredmail.
But spamassassim i changed. Follows options from:

# This file is auto-generated by 'make config'.
# Options for spamassassin-3.4.0_10
_OPTIONS_READ=spamassassin-3.4.0_10
_FILE_COMPLETE_OPTIONS_LIST=AS_ROOT GNUPG SSL UPDATE_AND_COMPILE MYSQL PGSQL DCC DKIM PYZOR RAZOR RELAY_COUNTRY SPF_QUERY
OPTIONS_FILE_SET+=AS_ROOT
OPTIONS_FILE_SET+=GNUPG
OPTIONS_FILE_SET+=SSL
OPTIONS_FILE_SET+=UPDATE_AND_COMPILE
OPTIONS_FILE_SET+=MYSQL
OPTIONS_FILE_UNSET+=PGSQL
OPTIONS_FILE_UNSET+=DCC
OPTIONS_FILE_SET+=DKIM
OPTIONS_FILE_UNSET+=PYZOR
OPTIONS_FILE_SET+=RAZOR
OPTIONS_FILE_SET+=RELAY_COUNTRY
OPTIONS_FILE_SET+=SPF_QUERY

I made this changes because sa-update and sa-compile was getting erros.

I would start with looking at the Apache error log in /var/log/apache it should indicate why the 500 Internal Server Error occurred.

Evidently the problems with incoming were from cluebringer.  And I can't login using postmaster so evidently the ad integration has trashed the local login.  No idea where to go from here.

No matter what I try:

Hello,

I'am having the following issue:
I want to send a mail with an attachment of 5MB to another email adress, internal is no problem except from roundcube which stops uploading at 8%. External is for both not working and with imap I get an internal server error.
Do you have any idea to fix this?

Thanks!

Regards Lucas Crijns

ok, i am not new to this but, after looking every place that i can think of i cannot find a coherent directions to add a paid ssl cert, every time i think i have it figured out i find that there is more to it. for now can you plint me to a link that would give me this information or include directions here, and for future use i would think i am not the only one that would like to use a paid cert and not a self generated one, whay could that not be inserted during installation? thanks in advance
ps a self signed certificate is like the government saying trust us we are the government!
