As for this information I found. the testing environment should be
Server A - User 1, User 2 & User 3
Server B - User 4, User 6
Both installation using domain example.com and that i should config to have when i am on Server A as user 1, I send a email to User 4. the mail should arrived successfully on Server B and vise versa

Hello,
some time ago I upgrade iredmail from 0.9.4 to 0.9.8.
Im working with version free with support for mysql
Now I see error in iredadmin. When Im trying removing mailbox i got error:
"(1054, "Unknown column 'delete_date' in 'field list'")"
Probable something is missing in MySQL, I checked upgrade tuotorials and I don't see nothing related to this table.

SQL table "vmail.delete_date" was introduced in iRedMail-0.9.3:

- Let's say Server A has IP address "192.168.1.1", you need to update LDAP attribute "mtaTransport" of user 1/2/3 to "lmtp:inet:192.168.1.1:24".
- - Let's say Server B has IP address "192.168.1.2", you need to update LDAP attribute "mtaTransport" of user 4/6 to "lmtp:inet:192.168.1.2:24".
Again, check /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf, make sure LMTP service is listening on 0.0.0.0, so that server A/B can connect and deliver emails to each other.

using iredadmin i create all the users in our domain, and configure relay on user that is not on the sites to the server it belong, it worked! but i don't know if it is the correct way.

Re: Outlook issue with iredmail
When you say "massive lag", do you mean you will delete a message in Outlook and it remains on the server for days? Weeks? and then finally disappears?
If you have Outlook setup as a POP3 client try looking in file>account settings>[your email]>properties and see if you have the checkbox checked to leave email on the server for xx days, and if you have the box unchecked that says deleted from server when deleted folder is emptied.

1: Try to get the vmail password from /etc/postfix/ldap/*.cf. Generate a SSHA password with command 'slappasswd'.
2: Install package "ldapvi", connect to LDAP server with command "ldapvi".
3: Find LDAP object "cn=vmail,dc=xx,dc=xx", change its password to the one you found from /etc/postfix/ldap/*.cf.

I got this error on mail log of Mail 1
relay=none, delay=536, delays=535/1/0/0.05, dsn=4.3.0, status=deferred (unknown mail transport error)
after i add the IP address of server A in Postfix /etc/postfix/main.cf on Server B (Server B is Mail 1 on our discussion)

I have a very weird situation going on that I cannot seem to find resolution to when I search online or in these forums. I host several domains on my mail server for customers and mail is coming in, but only from select domains. For example, mail is being delivered from domains such as Airbnb.com, gmail.com, mailchimp.com, yahoo.com, and some other places. However, messages are not being received from most other domains we have messages sent from, including facebook.com and other popular domains. Mail from many private ISP domains are not being delivered, either. The sender never receives an error message, and when I look in the mail log, there is never any record of these messages reaching the server. The only record of messages receiving the server are the ones from the domains that are being delivered from that I mentioned above and some other domains, but not many. I am at a roadblock now on this and need help. Thanks!
