==== Required information ====
- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.7 MARIADB edition
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Debian 9
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL (MariaDB)
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? No
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.
====

Following a fresh install, the issue is simple: the service iredapd doesn't start automatically at boot.
I have to manually start the service thru the command: /usr/bin/python /opt/iredapd/iredapd.py
Nothing in logs... After manually starting the service, I have to restart amavis (I don't know why but I have to do that whereas connection is refused between postfix and amavis).

Thank you!

Unfortunately, no.

Currently it supports only "enable for all", or "disable completely".

Hi,
First it's a dedicated server (not a vps)
Second:

              total        used        free      shared  buff/cache   available
Mem:           3,9G        1,1G        658M         38M        2,1G        2,5G

Do then start automatically after running commands below?

systemctl enable iredapd
systemctl enable amavis

Then reboot server and check.

Try to run commands below on the server locally, do they return any error?

wget --no-check-certificate https://127.0.0.1/mail/
wget --no-check-certificate https://127.0.0.1/iredadmin/

Please make sure Outlook is configured to perform SMTP/IMAP authentication.

Did you get any error message? Showing us a screenshot of the error page will help a lot.

Or, maybe you can try to upgrade iRedMail and iRedAdmin first, then try again.

Is network port 25 blocked by your ISP?

Receiving from external not working.

If you send email from Gmail to your server, as you said, it won't be delivered, in this case, Gmail will return a bounce message to your Gmail account. What's the content of this bounce message? We need the technical info in it for troubleshooting.

Please just double check the Outlook settings, make sure it's configured to perform SMTP authentication to send email through port 587.

I know I changed the port when I attempted to login with my Desktop, but I will have to check when I get home from work.
I was able to login with my phone, so it does work for sure.

I enabled SSL in Postfix and Dovecot for mail.example.com and am using the SSL info generated from that. I do not have to update Apache for this subdomain (mail) if I am not actually using it for anything, correct? I have no mail subdomain in my VHost settings.

It shouldn't be. I'm guessing I would have to contact them to find that information out. Also, the same issue is occurring even after "disabled cloud flare".

I did some further looking. Port 25 is not blocked by my ISP. I then forward that port to my email server also. I can now get email to come into the server from outside servers but it seems I still can't get my e-mail out.
